Remount MewsBack to Competitions
MBH entered a recent design competition to build six large houses within the South Downs National Park. The scheme drew upon the site's former use as stables and an equestrian training centre, reflecting the portal frame structure of agricultural buildings, which are built primarily for function and shelter.
An interesting concept when one explores this approach to designing the home.
Our scheme was selected to the final shortlist with three other entries and, although we were ultimately unsuccessful.
