MBH took the lead on the comprehensive redevelopment of an existing petrol filling station. This ambitious project primarily involves a substantial transformation, which includes internal renovations and the construction of a new single-storey side extension, positioned to the right of the existing sales building. The newly added extension is designed to house a retail bakery, fully equipped with a sales area featuring attractive display units, a service counter, a well-organized kitchen for behind-the-scenes operations, and a dedicated manager's desk for the efficient management of the Greggs outlet.

Beyond the structural and functional improvements, significant enhancements have also been made to the forecourt area. On the left side of the site boundary, four state-of-the-art Alpitronic EV chargers have been expertly installed, supported by the necessary infrastructure to ensure seamless operation. This strategic addition caters to the growing demand for electric vehicle charging, aligning with the station's commitment to offering modern and sustainable mobility solutions.

Furthermore, as a standard practice during redevelopment projects, MBH prioritizes site safety. This encompasses the renewal of white lining for improved traffic organization, as well as the inspection and refurbishment of boundary walls and fencing as needed. These measures are in place to maintain a secure and well-maintained site environment that ensures the safety and satisfaction of all visitors and customers. Overall, the project represents a holistic transformation of the petrol filling station, one that not only addresses the evolving needs of the site but also caters to the demands of modern sustainable transport.
