Water Tower Conversion Luton

This project represented a multifaceted venture, entailing the meticulous refurbishment and transformation of a preexisting Grade II listed water tower into an exclusive, luxurious private residence. In addition to this restoration, the undertaking encompassed the construction of a new building block situated at the rear of the site, comprising a total of 14 well-appointed flats.

MBH played a pivotal role in this ambitious project, offering an end-to-end solution that covered all aspects of the development process. We took on the roles of Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Contract Administrators, assuming responsibility from the initial conceptualization of the project to its triumphant completion. 

Our extensive involvement emphasized our capacity to orchestrate and deliver complex, multifaceted projects, showcasing our expertise in both heritage restoration and new construction endeavours.
