Nestled in the vibrant and highly sought-after Osborne Road, the inception of a novel 7,500 square-foot convenience store marked a significant milestone in 2012. MBH played an indispensable role in the successful realization of this Waitrose store, overseeing every phase of the project from the moment it received planning approval.

The MBH team embarked on this undertaking with a sharp focus on three crucial facets: aesthetics, functionality, and, perhaps most notably, the unique needs and preferences of the local community. Right from the project's inception, MBH's architects worked diligently, ensuring that every aspect of the endeavour aligned seamlessly with the client's vision.

Our approach centred on fostering creativity, promoting cost-effectiveness, and devising a design that demanded minimal upkeep.
