Berkeley Marketing Suite

The project forms an integral component of the residential development located at West End Gate in Marylebone, London. MBH was engaged to detail design and oversee the fit-out of a luxurious Marketing Suite, aimed at facilitating a comprehensive and upscale sales experience for the esteemed developer's clientele.

A comprehensive conceptual interior design was intricately detailed out by MBH and was meticulously executed with a strong emphasis on close collaboration with the broader design team. Problem-solving and site coordination were of paramount importance throughout the project to ensure the realization of the envisioned space without compromising the originally proposed design concept.

Additionally, MBH assumed the role of Principal Designer, assuming responsibility for maintaining health and safety standards during both the construction phase and post-completion. This was especially critical given the project's integration within a larger ongoing development effort on the site.
