This project represents a comprehensive redevelopment of the entire existing petrol filling station, encompassing various vital aspects.

On the forecourt, the primary scope of work involves the installation of four Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) bays, which will be thoughtfully sheltered under a canopy. These charging bays will be equipped with four Alpitronic HYC 150 series chargers, ensuring efficient and rapid charging capabilities. Simultaneously, a new substation will be integrated into the forecourt infrastructure, enhancing the power supply and facilitating the operation of these charging stations. As part of the forecourt improvements, the canopy has been raised to a substantial height of 5.2 meters, not only providing ample shelter but also allowing space for innovative additions. These additions include the installation of a new air wash (A/W) and vacuum machine, while the existing jet wash facility will be removed and replaced with two modern Istobal jet washes.

Furthermore, the project extends to modifications of the existing sales building, encompassing the construction of a single-story rear extension. This extension is a pivotal component in the plan, as it will facilitate the evolution of the retail area. To accommodate the proposed changes, specific internal walls will be removed to create a new food-to-go offering, 'Miss Millies,' which will cater to a diverse range of customer preferences. In addition, an accessible toilet compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) will be thoughtfully integrated, ensuring inclusivity and convenience for all visitors. The existing MOE door will be replaced with a new one, and a new ramp with a 1:12 gradient will be meticulously constructed, guaranteeing level access and accessibility in accordance with regulatory standards.

This project is a holistic transformation, enhancing the forecourt's capabilities, and improving the retail experience within the sales building while embracing modern amenities and accessibility considerations.
